EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

3. This agreement is for the primary job in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Probationary Period: 3 months. Employment may be terminated any time after the Probation Period by giving 3 months’ notice or payment in lieu of notice.

7. Duties of the employee:

a) Comply with labor and technological discipline (internal regulations, charters and regulations on discipline);

b) Follow lawful orders issued by the Employer;

c) Adhere to occupational safety, health, and sanitation standards;

d) Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the job description;

e) Meet qualification standards as outlined in ETKS and KS;

f) Comply with applicable laws and regulations;

g) Respect the terms of the collective agreement;

h) Perform additional obligations as agreed, including quality of work, production targets, service standards, and related duties.

8. Responsibilities of the employer:

a) Organize the employee’s work and ensure they are familiar with Labor Protection and Safety Rules, job description, collective agreement, and all relevant regulatory and internal policies ;

b) Maintain labor and production discipline;

c) Ensure payment of wages;

d) Provide a safe and efficient work environment, including proper training and instruction on safe working conditions;

e) Equip the workplace in accordance with labor protection and safety standards;

e) Comply with all legislation and other regulations;

g) Uphold the terms of the collective agreement;

h) Fulfill all other obligations undertaken by the employer:

9. The employee shall work on a flexible schedule.
This may include part-time work, a shortened workweek, reduced daily hours, hourly work, or custom start and end times, as agreed upon by both parties.

10. Remuneration.

The employee is entitled to the following:

b) additional payments, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation as provided in the collective agreement or granted by the employer within the scope of available funds and managerial authority.

12. Non-compete

For a period of 12 months following the termination of this agreement, the employee agrees not to directly or indirectly own, manage, operate, consult for, or be employed by any business that is substantially similar to or competes with the current business of the company.

13. Non-solicitation

During the employee’s time with the company and for 12 months after the termination of employment, the employee shall not solicit any employee, consultant, client, or partner of the company without prior written consent.
